Experience favors Gonsiorek

To the Editor:

It’s hard to believe there is not one CPA on our County Board.

Nancy Gonsiorek’s 25 years of experience as a CPA, combined with a strong record of community service, makes her an ideal candidate.

From her six years as a member of the Crystal Lake District 47 Board of Education, overseeing an $85 million budget, her work on the Nunda Township Planning Commission, her tireless participation on nonprofit boards and her success as a small business owner, Nancy has the proven skills that will make our board even stronger.

I have known Nancy for many years and am always impressed by her integrity, work ethic and community involvement. Sometimes we disagree on an issue, but she is always thoughtful and open to discussion. She would serve us well as a County Board member.

I, for one, will be voting for her and encourage others to do the same.
