CRYSTAL LAKE – The Northwest Herald and the McHenry County Business Journal are hosting a half-day workshop on customer service and customer loyalty next month.
The Spring 2014 Business Summit will be April 10. Author and franchise coach Jean Kuhn will discuss her successes and experience.
The event also features a panel discussion with local business owners who will address specific questions to help attendees develop a successful customer service plan. It includes a continental breakfast and lunch.
