To the Editor:
I served my country in the Navy for four years active and two years inactive.
I proudly wear my Navy cap when I go out. It is a wonderful feeling when someone says, “Thank you for serving,” and shakes my hand.
It’s too bad Veterans Affairs doesn’t say or do anything.
In the process of trying to acquire a veterans photo ID, the VA determined that I don’t meet the requirements for a picture ID. I don’t think it is a large amount of money. The VA said that I didn’t spend enough money to qualify for a picture ID.
I wish someone could explain to me what this has to do with the price of tea in China.
