Thanks to Richmond-Burton

To the Editor:

There are so many worthy nonprofit organizations throughout McHenry County that need support and involvement from the community at large.

There are many ways to support these organizations, from volunteering to sharing information to donating treasure. Another way to help is to donate an item or a service to an organization’s auction fundraiser. These donations bring in a large amount of needed funding at auction events.

Here at Family Health Partnership Clinic, we are humbled by the people and businesses that contribute to our event each year. In particular, this year Richmond-Burton High School helped us to keep our gala costs down by donating their decorations from their recent play, “Wizard of Oz.” This was a perfect match as the clinic’s gala on April 25 is themed “There’s No Place Like Home.”

Yet another way to help a nonprofit organization. Thank you, RBCHS, for partnering with us.
