GILBERTS – The Kane County Coroner's Office has identified the woman who died in a two-vehicle accident on Saturday as Sylvia Franco, 62, of Huntley, according to a news release from the coroner.

Cause of death is pending an autopsy and toxicology, the release said.

Gilberts Police are continuing to investigate the crash, which involved a small BMW and a Dodge minivan. It was reported at 4:36 p.m. at the intersection of Huntley and Kreutzer roads, Lt. Mike Joswick said.

The crash is still being reconstructed, Joswick said.

One man was flown to Advocate Condell in Libertyville and one man was taken to Advocate Lutheran General in Park Ridge, he said.

Both men are still in the hospital and their names and conditions were not available.

The intersection was shut down as police investigated the crash. The last unit left the scene about 11 p.m., Joswick said.
