Classes to focus on safe help of wildlife babies

RINGWOOD – Spring babies are on their way.

Two separate but simultaneous McHenry County Conservation District programs for kids and adults will cover how to safely help any wildlife young they encounter.

The programs will be held 7 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 25, at Lost Valley Visitor Center in Glacial Park, Route 31 and Harts Road, Ringwood.

Both events are free for county residents. The class for kids 6 to 12 years old will be $5 for non-residents, and the one for adults will cost non-residents $6.

The registration deadline for both programs is April 22.
