Sarah R. Hulbert, 31, of Lake in the Hills, was charged with three counts of aggravated identity theft, a class 1 felony; two counts of harassment of witnesses, a class 2 felony; three counts of forgery, a class 3 felony; two counts of intimidation, a class 3 felony; and computer fraud, a class 4 felony, according to a news release.

The charges against the individuals listed are not a proof of guilt. A defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial in which it is the state’s burden to prove his or her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
