Lake in the Hills police reports for April 9, 2014

• Rafael G. Brena, 28, 4903 N. Rockwell St., Chicago, was charged Tuesday, March 25, with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana and speeding.

• Jason R. Schafer, 35, 1303 Cunat Court, Unit 3F, Lake in the Hills, was charged Tuesday, March 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding too fast for the conditions, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving off the roadway.

• Mark P. Lydon, 47, 4300 Barharbor Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Jeffrey J. Anderson, 44, 12 Linden St., Lake in the Hills, was charged Thursday, March 27, with a violation of an order of protection.

• A mailbox was damaged and a car was egged Thursday, March 27, on the 700 block of White Pine Court.

• Linda J. Novak, 64, 330 Highland Ave., Algonquin, was charged Friday, March 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08, disregarding a traffic control light, unsafe backing on the roadway, improper traffic lane usage, speeding and failure to change name and address.

• Kevin R. Hunn, 20, 132 Village Creek Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged Friday, March 28, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Tyler J. Zimel, 18, 1606 Penny Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, March 28, with possession of marijuana.

• Dinorah C. Rivera, 54, 1504 Adams St., Lake in the Hills, was charged Friday, March 28 with two counts of domestic battery.

• A complainant's vehicle was keyed on Saturday, March 29, at AMC Theatre, 311 N. Randall Road.

• Evan R. Ofenloch, 24, 760 Foxglove Drive, Algonquin, was charged Sunday, March 30, with battery.

• Daniel A. Sanchez, 18, 2760 Hillsboro Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, March 30, with speeding 40 mph over the posted speed limit, expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Angel Moctezuma-Aguila, 19, 872 Creekview Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, March 31, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Thomas L. Stone, 28, 381 Steeplechase Way, Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, March 31, with two counts of domestic battery and one count of assault.

• U.S. currency was taken from a residence Monday, March 31, on the 800 block of Creekview Lane.

• Paul V. Mercurio, 18, 2880 Briarcliff Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Wednesday, April 2, with two counts of theft over $500 and four counts of theft under $500.

• Two GPS units were taken from a vehicle Wednesday, April 2, on the first block of Morningside Court.

• Fraudulent charges were made on a complainant's credit card Thursday, April 3, on the 1100 block of Moonstone Run.

• Police investigated a complainant's identity being used illegally on Thursday, April 3.

• Police investigated several ordinance violations Friday, April 4, on the 10 block of Prosper Court.

• Police investigated an incident where one juvenile was battered by another juvenile Friday, April 4, on the 1000 block of Viewpoint Drive.

• Kici S. Useini, 34, 4380 Greenfield Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, April 5, with two counts of domestic battery.

• A 17-year-old Algonquin girl was charged Saturday, April 5, with two counts of domestic battery and underage drinking.

• Heather D. Bradigan, 29, 475 W. Berkley Lane, Hoffman Estates, was charged Saturday, April 5, with harassment by electronic communication.

• Items were taken out of an unsecured vehicle Saturday, April 5, on the 800 block of Mason Lane.

• Stacy A. Schmidt, 39, 1263 Derry Lane, Pingree Grove, was charged Sunday, April 6, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08 and operating an electronic communication device.

• Christopher C. Shill, 20, 303 Elder Drive, Round Lake Park, was charged Sunday, April 6, with driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with one headlight, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
