Cahokia police probe shooting death

CAHOKIA – Police in the southwestern Illinois village of Cahokia are looking for two people for questioning in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man.

Investigators say the victim was shot in the head about 10:30 p.m. Monday and was taken by relatives to a hospital, where he died.

The victim's name was not immediately released.

The possible motive for the shooting was unclear.

Investigators say they are searching for two possible suspects who were last seen in a white Dodge Durango.
