Johnsburg police reports for April 22, 2014

• Haley Cemail, 17, 4320 Hillshire Drive, Richmond, was charged Saturday, March 1, with retail theft and possession of alcohol.

• Joshua Guardyak, 33, 5025 Spring Road, McCullom Lake, was charged Tuesday, March 4, with battery.

• Thomas Gray, 22, 907 Sauk Drive, McHenry, was charged Tuesday, March 11, with two counts of retail theft and criminal damage to property.

• A 16-year-old Richmond boy was charged Friday, March 14, with theft.

• Two 16-year old girls, one from Barrington and one from Lakemoor, were charged Friday, March 14, with retail theft. A 17-year-old Wauconda girl also was charged with retail theft.

• Thomas Lewis, 19, 1706 Donovan St., McHenry, was charged Thursday, March 20, with contributing to the delinquency of a child.

• A 16-year-old Hebron girl was also charged Thursday, March 20, with possession of marijuana.

• Joseph Wallin, 21, 3518 Fairview Ave., Johnsburg, was charged Saturday, March 22, with driving too fast for conditions, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Ryan Otoole, 18, 35717 Laurel Ave., Ingleside, was charged Monday, March 24, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• A 15-year-old Johnsburg boy was charged Wednesday, March 26, with domestic battery.

• John Griffin, 53, 5302 Memory Trail, McHenry, was charged Friday, March 28, with driving with a revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, no valid registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding.

• Natalie Hafferkamp, 39, 11318 273rd Ave., Trevor, Wis., was charged Saturday, March 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

• Taylor Giovanni, 22, 522 W. Hawthorne Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged Sunday, March 30, with resisting a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, failure to signal, following too closely, two counts of improper lane use, and two counts of failure to notify the secretary of state of address change.
