O'FALLON (AP) — The owner of a southwestern Illinois martial arts school is accused of sexually attacking a teenage student.

Prosecutors in St. Clair County have charged 32-year-old Tony Harris Jr. of Mascoutah with three counts of criminal sexual assault.

Authorities say the alleged 15-year-old victim was a student of Harris' at the Invicta Martial Arts Academy in O'Fallon.

Harris does not have a listed home telephone number and could not be reached for comment Sunday. Online court records do not show whether he has an attorney.

Harris' bond was set at $300,000.
