• A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was charged Tuesday, April 15, with criminal damage to property.

• Rita L. Sorejian, 44, 5480 Wildspring Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged Tuesday, April 15, with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to obey a stop sign and no insurance.

• David C. Santiago, 32, 616 S. Jefferson St., Unit B, Woodstock, was charged Monday, April 28, with violation of an order of protection.

• Danielle R. O'Shea, 23, 12114 W. Main St., Huntley, was charged Tuesday, April 29, with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Vincent A. Tenerelli, 43, 3641 Chadwick Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Tuesday, April 29, with violation of an order of protection.

• Mary A. Cruz, 50, 611 Sharon Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, April 29, with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Police investigated unknown suspects pretending to be from the IRS obtaining $8,275 from a complainant on Tuesday, April 29, on the 5400 block of Avalon Lane.

• A vehicle was taken from a residence Tuesday, April 29, on the 900 block of Noelle Bend.

• A 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was charged Wednesday, April 30, with two counts of domestic battery.

• An iPhone 5 was reported stolen Wednesday, April 30, at Ken Carpenter Park at 1200 Heartland Gate.

• A 14-year-old Lake in the Hills girl was charged Thursday, May 1, with two counts of domestic battery.

• James E. Zabinski, 50, 22 Stonegate Court, Algonquin, was charged Saturday, May 3, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08, improper lane usage and no insurance.

• Michael T. Patrick, 25, 1731 White Oak Drive, Algonquin, was charged Saturday, May 3, with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, speeding and registration sticker violation.

• A steel side rail and two blackjack wheels were taken from a tow truck Saturday, May 3, at First Class Towing, 12 Prosper Court, Unit 3.

• Nicole D. Messmer, 24, 1959 Shiela St., Unit 105, Woodstock, was charged Sunday, May 4, with battery.
