Woodstock library hosting talk on healthy snacks for road trips

WOODSTOCK – The Woodstock Public Library is hosting a wellness expert Tuesday for a talk on healthy snacks for summer road trips.

Joyce Lande, a wellness entrepreneur and associate of USANA Health Sciences, will lead the discussion. The event takes place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the library, 414 W. Judd St.

Attendees will learn how to prepare easy, healthy snacks for summer road trips, and leave the library with recipes, shopping lists, on-the-go back up plans and other road trip tips.

Children must be in fourth grade or higher to attend.
