WOODSTOCK – A Batavia woman who previously committed at least three prior DUI violations, was sentenced to three years in prison.

Michelle N. Delgado, 35, immediately was remanded to custody after pleading guilty to aggravated driving under the influence. Prosecutors agreed to reduce her initial charge to a Class 2 felony.

She has at least three other DUI convictions, but this is her first sentence to the Department of Corrections, prosecutors said.

Delgado was arrested Sept. 26, 2013, by Crystal Lake police.

Her guilty plea was accepted Wednesday by McHenry County Judge Sharon Prather.
