In Class 4A, McHenry pitcher Kristin Koepke and shortstop Alex Martens were named to the All-State second team.

In Class 3A, Marengo pitcher-first baseman Abby Kissack and Hampshire infielder Sara Finn were named to the All-State second team. Marengo catcher Taylor Carlson, another All-Area first-team selection, was on the All-State third team.
