BARRINGTON – As part of the Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital modernization project, the main entrance and lobby will have to temporarily close.

Beginning on Tuesday, the main entrance and lobby will close for about 18 months, according to a news release.

A temporary main entrance will be on the west side of the hospital, according to the project website. People who need the emergency department, obstetrics, radiology or cardiac pulmonary rehab will enter through the east side.

All services and departments are remaining open and fully functional during the project, the news release said.
