McHENRY – Repairs to a Union Pacific railroad crossing will narrow Route 120 to one lane in each direction for several days next week, according to the city of McHenry.

The work on the rough crossing will be from Monday to July 30, according to an alert from the city.

The project would normally involve closing the road, but due to the ongoing work at Routes 31 and 120, the railroad company will instead reduce traffic to single lanes.
