Lake in the Hills police reports for July 23, 2014

• A global positioning system was taken from an unlocked vehicle Monday, July 7, from the 300 block of Starwoods Pass.

• A complainant's vehicle was damaged Tuesday, July 8, on the 2300 block of Wexford Lane.

• A global positioning system was taken from an unlocked vehicle Tuesday, July 8, from the 1300 block of Adams Street.

• Power tools were taken from a garage Wednesday, July 9, on the 100 block of Deerpath Road.

• A 15-year-old Lake in the Hills girl was charged Wednesday, July 9, with two counts of domestic battery.

• James A. Winans, 44, 2450 Creighton Road, Unit B, Pensacola, Florida, was charged Friday, July 11, with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and being a registered sex offender in a public park.

• Robert D. Koch, 42, 5081 County Road N, Cassville, Wisconsin, was charged Friday, July 11, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Richard M. Allen Jr., 42, 2133 Daybreak Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, July 13, with two counts of domestic battery. He also was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear, petition to revoke a driver's license.

• Melissa S. Day, 34, 3011 Hillsboro Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, July 13, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Adam J. Perian, 36, 429 S. Oriole Trail, Cary, was charged Tuesday, July 15, with obstructing identification, driving with a suspended license, suspended registration and no insurance.

• A complainant's vehicle was struck by another vehicle that fled the scene Saturday, July 19, at Algonquin and Pyott roads.

• A vehicle was damaged by an unknown subject Saturday, July 19, at the AMC Theaters 311 N. Randall Road.
