Crystal Lake Central golfer and Cary-Grove junior Lauren Kalamaras

My goal for the year is to hopefully get down to state for golf, my whole team made it last year and I kind of want go too.

McHenry sophomore Maddie Ogden

I’m looking forward to seeing all the summer tournament people again and seeing how everyone has progressed since then.

Huntley senior Gillian Young

I’m hopefully going to play for the varsity again. It’s my senior year and I’m pretty excited to see if I improved from last year, and I want to see how my teammates have improved as well. I’m looking forward to enjoying it and not putting so much pressure on myself.

Huntley grad, and University of Wisconsin-Parkside golfer Brad Spoeth

I’m looking forward to college golf. Daniel Deprey (C-G golfer) and myself are rooming together there and it should be fun. Really excited to get started.

Huntley grad and Elmhurst College golfer Tyler Ross

I’m excited for the different kind of level and getting more experience. It will be fun to try and play college golf.

Johnsburg sophomore Grant Fisher

My tryout is tomorrow and today was kind of a practice round for tomorrow. We play at Nippersink, which is a really challenging course. I’m just trying to have fun and do the best I can for Johnsburg pride.
