Huntley volleyball beats Rosary

At Huntley, the host Red Raiders defeated the Royals, 15-25, 25-18, 25-21, in their season opener Thursday. Alyson Dion led Huntley (1-0) with 15 kills, Haley Arnieri had 12 digs and Kelsey DeWulf recorded 26 assists.

Round Lake 2, Alden-Hebron 0: At Hebron, the Giants lost in straight sets, 25-22, 25-17, to Round Lake in a nonconference match. Madi Brown had six assists and Zoee Lagerhausen had four aces to lead the way for Alden-Hebron (0-2).
