Workforce Network to offer youth training in McHenry County

WOODSTOCK – The McHenry County Workforce Network’s Youth Program has opportunities for 18- to 21-year-olds interested in manufacturing. 

The Workforce Network’s Manufacturing Careers Internship Program consists of three weeks of paid training days held at the Workforce Network Youth Center and a six-week paid internship at a company in McHenry County.

The opportunity is offered to eligible individuals at no cost. Youth will have the opportunity to get training necessary for a career in manufacturing and will get education about different career options within this field, according to a news release.
