Boys soccer roundup: CL Central shuts out North Chicago at Wauconda tourney

The Crystal Lake Central boys soccer team got goals from four different players Wednesday in its 4-0 victory over North Chicago at the Wauconda Tournament.

George Julio, Emre Senturk, Michael Chen and Kyle Klusendorf all scored for the Tigers in the nonconference win. Patrick Kinahan made one save for the shutout. 

Round Lake (JV) 2, Richmond-Burton 0: At the Wauconda tournament, the Rockets (0-5) lost in a nonconference game. Luis made six saves in the loss. 

McHenry 1, Proviso East 1: At Maywood, the Warriors (1-1-2) (scored a second-half goal to earn a tie in nonconference play. 

James Mulhall scored for McHenry on an assist by Connor Uhl. Jake King made five saves for the Warriors. 

Cary-Grove 1, Harvard 0: At Fox Lake, the Trojans (3-1) won for the second time in as many nights at the Grant Invitational. Esteban Angeles scored the lone goal of the game on an assist from Mike Arenberg. Ethan Csoka made one save for the shutout.
