Crystal Lake police reports for Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016

Information in police reports is obtained from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and municipal police departments. Individuals listed in police reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

• Kenneth James Olson, 65, 530 Machelle Drive, Cary, was charged Monday, Aug. 1, with aggravated driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent.

• Tyler Markus Scatena, 27, 14411 Kishwaukee Valley Road, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 2, with resisting or obstructing a peace officer. He also was arrested on a Peoria County warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Joseph Anthony Pinsel, 24, 1440 Richmond Lane, Algonquin, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 2, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needles. He also was arrested on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a drug charge.

• Virginia Oliver, 51, 14411 Kishwaukee Valley Road, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 3, with disorderly conduct.

• Gregory S. Maish, 46, 421 Johnson St., Marengo, was charged Thursday, Aug. 4, with criminal damage to school property.

• Anna Victoria Senkevich, 52, 192 Elmhurst Road, No. 308, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Aug. 4, with disorderly conduct.

• Matthew J. Canning, 76, 11 Gates St., Crystal Lake, was charged Saturday, Aug. 6 with failing to notify of damage to an unattended vehicle.

• Fredrich Frank Meyer, 53, 120 W. Woodstock St., Unit C, Crystal Lake, was charged Saturday, Aug. 6, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, and failing to notify of damage to an unattended vehicle.
 

• Robert J. Walker, 41, 400 Virginia St., No. 1, Crystal Lake, was charged Saturday, Aug. 6, with battery.

• Eleazar A. Matus, 26, 5 Elizabeth Ct., Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, Aug. 7, with driving on a revoked license. He also was arrested on a Kane County warrant for contempt of court.

• Cody Shea Cimo, 23, 2512 Crystal Lake Ave., Cary, was charged Monday, Aug. 8, with criminal defacement of property.

• Joseph John Dailidas, 24, 645 W. Patterson St., Chicago, was arrested Monday, Aug. 8, on McHenry County warrants for leaving the scene of a vehicle damage accident and violating a bail bond.

• Terry Alan Mercer, 32, 740 Andrews Lane, No. 34, Crystal Lake, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 10, on a McHenry County warrant for criminal trespass to a residence.

• Daniel John Singer, 18, 430 Country Club Road, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Aug. 11, with leaving the scene of an accident.

• Eric Keith Benson, 21, 816 Glendale Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, Aug. 12, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Edson Rodriguez Contreras, 18, 7920 Ridgefield Road, Lot 5S, Crystal Lake, was charged Saturday, Aug. 13, with violating an order of protection.

• Sommer S. Corcoran, 20, 3912 S. Cherry Valley Road, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Aug. 14, with underage drinking.

• Daniel Joseph Gaughan, 20, 980 Waterford Cut, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Aug. 14, with underage drinking and criminal damage to school property.

• Christopher Kyle Huber, 24, 206 Riverbend, Genoa, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 14, on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a marijuana charge.

• Laura Ann Sheils, 28, 1406 Riverside Drive, McHenry, was arrested Monday, Aug. 15, on a McHenry County warrant for unlawful interference with visitation.

• Diana Katherine French-Tumblin, 30, 1615 Beecher Ave., Wheaton, was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 16, on a McHenry County warrant for aggravated assault.
