Letter: Hebron pride

To the Editor:

The Village of Hebron has been in the news recently and you might think that only two things are notable about this pleasant town, problems with village government and a phenomenal basketball team, but it also is the location of New Horizons, a unique homeless shelter for veterans, and the home town of Elmer Charles Bigelow, a sailor who died saving his ship during World War II and was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.

Hebron residents should be justifiably proud.
