To the Editor:
Irrespective of what liberal college’s and media say about U.S. independence, our nation must discard previous comments from former President Barack Obama, who said, “We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation [...] .”
Was this Obama’s personal humanistic vexation, or was he ignorant to the realities of America’s Christian heritage? Besides England’s Magna Carta, our Judeo/Christian laws established our individual rights.
America’s legality of freedoms was created from understanding, philosophical European republics. These God-granted allowances are protected by our constitutional government.
Faith can’t be measured psychologically or scientifically.
Liberties are ingrained within each individual by the conviction in an unseen boundary in knowing divine Biblical truth. They’re dormant unless openly shared, and taught by neighborly acts of graciousness. Personal faith was hoped by our founders to be the uniting force, publicly practiced by going to church.
Therefore, following lawful decrees collectively should’ve awakened the common civilian to a choice of a spiritual awareness.
Our forefather’s foreknew everyone had their own eternal convictions and consciousness. It’s uniquely an American right.
