Information in police reports is obtained from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and municipal police departments. Individuals listed in police reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

• Trinity E. Bafaro, 27, Marengo, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 24, with violating an order of protection.

• Frank H. Paulsen, 27, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 24, with violating a protection order.

• Shawn R. Rainwater, 20, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 25, with driving without a drivers license, transporting liquor and failing to stop at a crosswalk.

• Christopher A. Hall, 23, Cary, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 25, with domestic battery.

• Elena M. Meitzler, 49, Burlington, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 25, with fraud and writing a bad check to obtain property over $150.

• Timmy C. Horn, 25, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 25, with manufacturing a controlled substance, intent to deliver cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.

• Joseph A. Williams, 28, Genoa City, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 25, with drug-induced homicide.

• Melinda S. Bessert, 45, McHenry, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with retail theft under $300.

• Dana L. Johnson, 30, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and driving a vehicle without insurance.

• Brandon A. Hasenbuhler, 19, Johnsburg, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with resisting a peace officer and retail theft under $300.

• Mark M. Maccarron, 45, Marengo, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with driving on a revoked license.

• Robert L. Heath, 46, Marengo, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with violating a protection order.

• Jared S. Meyer, 20, McHenry, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with retail theft under $300.

• Teresa A. Jennings, 47, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Oct. 26, with child endangerment and contributing to the criminal delinquency of a minor.

• Mark A. Smith, 28, Chicago, was charged Friday, Oct. 27, with obstructing identification and driving on a revoked drivers license.

• Cory A. Moore, 21, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Oct. 28, with driving an uninsured vehicle and speeding 35 mph over the speed limit.

• Donald M. Sullivan, 50, Cary, was charged Saturday, Oct. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Alicia G. Valdez, 32, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Oct. 28, with child endangerment.

• Shelly M. Motley, 45, Barrington, was charged Saturday, Oct. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• John F. Williams, 49, Villa Park, was charged Saturday, Oct. 28, with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol and improper traffic lane use.

• Daniel Flores, 58, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Oct. 28, with theft under $300, theft under $500 and obstructing identification.

• Martin Hernandez-Geron, 23, Mundeline, was charged Sunday, Oct. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper traffic lane use.

• Heather D. Bradigan, 32, Wonder Lake, was charged Monday, Oct. 30, with aggravated domestic battery, resisting a peace officer and aggravated battery on a peace officer.

• Alexandra M. Hanners, 23, Darien, was charged Monday, Oct. 30, with manufacturing heroin, intent to manufacture or deliver heroin and heroin possession.

• Randall S. Grayburn, 24, Chilton, was charged Monday, Oct. 30, with battery.

• Jackson T. Hatfield, 19, Fox River Grove, was charged Monday, Oct. 30, with driving on a suspended drivers license.
