Jacobs forward Noah Melick received another postseason honor Monday when the United Soccer Coaches named him as one of 126 players to its All-America team.

There were 66 boys and 60 girls selected to the team. Melick, who led the area with 33 goals and 19 assists, was one of four boys players from Illinois to make the list.

Melick also received the Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association Player of the Year Award after helping the Golden Eagles to back-to-back Class 3A sectional championships for the first time in school history.

Melick will play at Wisconsin next year.
