To the Editor:
I received an invoice from Centegra regarding a recent doctor visit. When I saw the address as to where I need to make the payment, I couldn’t believe it: Dallas, Texas. I thought this couldn’t be right. All past payments were sent to Carol Stream or Bedford Park. When I spoke to the billing department, a woman said they are on a new system and Dallas, Texas, (P.O. Box) is the correct location to send the payment.
I still cannot understand why Centegra would make a decision like this. To send a payment four or five states away seems unethical.
