Woodstock police reports

Information in police reports is obtained from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and municipal police departments. Individuals listed in police reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

• Oscar Cruz Flores, 23, of the 300 block of Birch Road, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, March 17, with driving under the influence, improper lane use and disobeying a stop sign.

• Juan I Gonzalez-Romero, 53, of the 900 block of Jewett Street, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, March 17, with driving under the influence, no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper turn, improper signal and improper lane use.

• Waylon B. Kimble, 49, of the 330 block of Short Street, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, March 20, with harassment by electronic communications.

• Belinda A. Wadas, 71, of the 10500 block of Deerpath Road, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, March 8, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, leaving the scene of an accident and improper lane use.

• John W. Clary, 61, of the 700 block of Wiltshire Court, McHenry, was charged Friday, March 9, with criminal damage to property and a warrant for failure to appear.

• Richard S. Decesare, 28, transient, was charged Friday, March 9, with criminal damage to property.

• Courtney L. Drach, 20, transient, was charged Saturday, March 10, with retail theft.

• Brandon M. Stevens, 27, transient, was charged Saturday, March 10, with retail theft.

• Oliverio C. Carbajal, 60, of the 330 block of Third Street, Woodstock, was charged with driving under the influence, transporting alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane use.
