Harvard police reports

Information in police reports is obtained from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and municipal police departments. Individuals listed in police reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

• Ronald G. Kevorkian, 28, of the 200 block of West Blackman Street, Harvard, was cited Saturday, June 23, for fighting

• Rafael Mora, 33, of the 300 block of West Thompson Street, Harvard, was cited Saturday, June 23, for fighting

• Johnie L. Hunter, 47, of the 300 block of South Division Street, Harvard, was cited Saturday, June 23, for fighting

• Daniel F. Clarke, 54, of the 300 block of South Division Street, Harvard, was cited Saturday, June 23 for fighting.

• Jon F. Linberg, 63, of the 6000 block of Island Road, Harvard, was charged Tuesday, June 19, with retail theft, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Marwin J. Iradiel, 21, of the 1300 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was charged Wednesday, June 20, with assault.

• Victor E.A. Rodriguez, 25, of the 3500 block of West 72 Place, Chicago, was charged Friday, May 25, with driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jose L. Salinas-Balbuena, 27, of the 1400 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was charged Saturday, May 26, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a license and crossing a median.

• Mario Serrano, 36, of the 500 block of 4th Street, Harvard, was charged Monday, May 28, with aggravated driving under the influence, transportation of open alcohol by a driver, failure to wear a seatbelt, operating an uninsured vehicle, driving with a revoked license and driving under the influence of alcohol.
