Letters to the Editor

Letter: Drive safer, please

To the Editor:

To all the people who tailgate me, I don’t go over the speed limit for anyone. I am so tired of having someone riding my bumper. I leave early to either get to my job, appointment, etc., so why can’t you?

To the people who cuss and pass a farm vehicle, if it wasn’t for the farmers, we wouldn’t have vegetables, pork chops or steaks on our tables. Don’t forget the motorcycles that are on the roads that follow the rules.

I used to ride, and I know what it is like to have someone riding so close behind you, and passing you when it is not a passing zone.
