A McHenry County grand jury indicted these people on these charges:

• Tana Dvorak, 42, of the zero to 100 block of Marigold Avenue, Algonquin; aggravated battery to a peace officer.

• Drake A. Fair, 32, of the 1200 block of Chapel Hill Road, McHenry; criminal damage to property and criminal damage to government property.

• Jose E. Robles-Dominguez, 26, of the
3900 block of Main Street, McHenry; aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting a peace officer.

• Tiera M. Tracy, 45, of the 200 block of Admiral Drive, Harvard; drug-induced homicide and possession of a controlled substance.

• Tyler S. Arcos, 21, of the 900 block of Crystal Lake; aggravated criminal sexual abuse and violation of sex offender registration.

• Richard D. Lampp, 56, of the 100 block of Brook Street, Algonquin; aggravated criminal sexual abuse and predatory criminal sexual assault.

• David J. Derita Jr., 35, of the zero to
100 block of Hilcrest Road, Oakwood Hills; possession of a firearm without a firearm owner’s identification card, possession of ammunition without a FOID card and possession of a stolen firearm.

• Nicholas E. Dolter, 18, of the 3500 block of Fawn Trail, Prairie Grove; burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of burglary tools and retail theft.

• Julio C. Alvarez, 39, of the 1500 block of North Freund Avenue, McHenry; driving on a suspended or revoked license.

• Matthew M. Dollahan, 24, of the
800 block of Wedgewood Drive, Crystal Lake; aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting a peace officer.

• Timothy D. Delli, 53, of Woodstock; aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting a peace officer.

• Raymond D. Elyea, 55, of the 500 block of Devonshire Lane, Crystal Lake; being a child sex offender residing near a day care.

• Celestino Estrada, 37, of the 400 block of Ratzlaff Street, Harvard; aggravated battery in a public place.

• Nathan L. Fowler, 21, of the 1200 block of Charles Street, McHenry; aggravated battery to a pregnant or handicapped person, aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.

• Brandon C. Cintron, 19, of the 9500 block of Prairie Edge Road, Wonder Lake; burglary, criminal trespass to land and possession of burglary tools.

• William B. Cheatham, 55, of the
1000 block of Front Street, McHenry;
assault, disorderly conduct and being a
felon in possession of a firearm.

• Keith L. Lang, 30, of the 600 block of Savannah Lane, Crystal Lake; drug-induced homicide, possession of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

• Genevieve R. Valentin, 33, of the
3000 block of Walnut Drive, Wonder Lake; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a peace officer.

• Scott R. McWhorter, 37, of the 1900 block of North Orleans Street, McHenry; possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of a controlled substance.

• Elizabeth L. Pullia, 39, of the 900 block of Elizabeth Drive, Streamwood; obtaining a substance through fraud.

• Reginald L. Banks, 20, of the 1900 block of Main Street Road, Spring Grove; possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nikolas J. Bauer, 22, of the 41200 block of North First Street, Antioch; possession of a controlled substance.

• Ashley M. Hendle, 31, of the 3000 block of Charlotte Avenue, McHenry; child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance.

• William L. Gunter Jr., 31, of the 1100 block of West Westshire Drive, Joliet; aggravated assault of a peace officer and resisting a peace officer.

• Lawrence Pavone, 47, of the 300 block of Redman Way SW, Poplar Grove; aggravated driving under the influence without a valid driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance.
