TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH OKTOBERFEST, Aug. 24-26, 11008 N. Church St., Huntley. Fourth annual family-friendly event will feature live music, children's games, food, beer, wine and silent auction. Proceeds to benefit Trinity Lutheran Church Expansion Fund and TLC Preschool. Schedule: 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. SATURDAY NIGHT DANCE – CHA CHA, 7 to 10 p.m. Aug. 25, Grand Oaks, 1401 W. Route 176, Crystal Lake. Choose a partner (singles and couples ages 18 and older are welcome), and swing and sway your way to a wonderful evening hosted by the Crystal Lake Park District.
