McHenry County Planning and Development will host a public open house for the Fox River Corridor Plan.

The event will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Fox River Grove Village Hall, 305 Illinois St., Fox River Grove.

The plan presents a unified vision for the Fox River corridor, spanning from Route 176 in Burtons Bridge to the north to the eastern edge of Fox Bluff Conservation Area to the south.

This open house is an opportunity for members of the Fox River community to review the draft plan and provide feedback.

The project team, including county staff and planning staff from the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, will be available for one-on-one conversations about the plan’s recommendations. Stop by any time during the open house event.
