Marengo police reports

Information in police reports is obtained from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and municipal police departments. Individuals listed in police reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

• Anthony J. Martynowicz, 18, of the 400 block of Eighth Avenue, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Aug. 4, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.

• Roberto G. Chacon, 40, of the 1100 block of North Taylor Street, Marengo, was charged Monday, Aug. 6, with burglary.

• Jason W. Petty, 41, of the 1000 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 7, with disorderly conduct.

• Truman E. McDonald, 34, of the 500 block of South State Street, Marengo, was charged Monday, Aug. 13, with criminal trespass to residence and criminal trespass to motor vehicle.

• Dylan J. Homatas, 23, of the 1000 block of North Hart Street, Harvard, was charged Saturday, Aug. 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.

• Humza F. Khan, 32, of the 1800 block of Windward Lane, Hanover Park, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 22, with battery.

• Robert E. Munson, 39, of the 800 block of Cayuga Trail, Marengo, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 22, with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

• Robert J. Miller, 32, of the 1100 block of Cottonwood Lane, Marengo, was charged Sunday, Aug. 26, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.
