Letter: Thanks for the note

To the Editor:

On Nov. 29, while I was at the Olive Garden about 2 to 3 p.m., someone put a note on my windshield. I didn’t notice it at first, but my daughter did.

By this time I was heading south on Route 31. I pulled into a lot as soon as I could. I thought someone hit me and left their name. While reading the note, it wasn’t a bad thing, but very good.

The note informed me that my left front tire was very low. They suggested I seek help very soon. I took my daughter home and headed to my oil exchange service. It was Lube Express, and they were glad to help.

Within five minutes, my car was back. The young man said the tire only had 20 pounds of air in it. I should have had 35 pounds.

Thanks to the note angel, I’m safe. God bless whoever put that note there. I wish you a very merry Christmas.
