SUNDAY
Bears open season at Indy
The Colts are opening their new retractable-roof venue, Lucas Oil Stadium, by hosting the Bears in a prime-time game Sunday.
The Bears offense and quarterback Kyle Orton (above) put in a good showing in the all-important third preseason game, but the defense now is suspect. The Bears will have to put a complete game together to have any chance against Peyton Manning and the Colts.
The game begins at 7:15 p.m. Sunday and will be televised on NBC.
