Cost was one of the factors for Cary resident Winnie Groos’ decision to become a stay-at-home mom. Groos, a Cary mother of three – a 5-year-old son, a 4-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old daughter – said she still was torn whether she made the right choice by quitting her job.
