Three incumbents 
re-elected to board

CARY – Voters voiced strong support for the vil­lage’s board of trustees, re-electing three incumbents to four-year terms.

Incumbents Steve Adams, Rick Dudek, and Ray Chisholm were elected Tuesday over challenges from two newcomers – Robert Bragg and Frank O’Laughlin.

Adams, 53, was the top vote-getter. He tallied 1,135 votes, according to unofficial results.

Dudek, 53, received 1,035 votes. Chis­holm got 998 votes, rounding out the top three.
