Logan defeats Cook 
to secure re-election

HARVARD – Incumbent 3rd Ward Alderman Scott Logan held off challenger Andrew Cook.

In unofficial results, with all three precincts reporting, Logan received 76 votes to Cook’s 58 votes Tuesday.

Logan, 48, moved his company, Logan Actuator Co., to Harvard in 2003. He is a past president of the Harvard Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Harvard Economic Development Corp.

The race between Logan and Cook was the only contested race in Harvard.
