Waste of money

So this is the stimulus plan at work?
Huntley Road in Crystal Lake and Lakewood is being re-done. It had no problems to begin with but we are spending a lot of money to re-do it. I take it at least twice a day and never saw a problem. Now there is a problem - roadworkers, construction trucks and government money clogging the street. It's not very stimulating, but a lot of waste (of our money).
If the money is coming through Crystal Lake, why don't they through a few bucks onto Northwest Highway or regulate the laws on the Randall raceway?
