UNION – The fourth presentation in the Illinois Association for Home and Community Education series, “Artifact Preservation,” will be Monday.

The event will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, at the McHenry County Historical Museum, 6422 Main St., Union.

It will be presented by Nancy Fike, director of the McHenry County Historical Museum.

Fike will discuss various methods for preserving family photos, documents and clothing.

The event is free for Illinois Association for Home and Community Education members. The cost is $10 for nonmembers.
