Conflict presentation tonight

The conflict between Israel and Hamas has sparked discussion about whether recent events correlate closely with Biblical prophesies about the end times, so Spring Grove Bible Fellowship Church is hosting a series of three presentations by Andy Ferrier of the Friends of Israel Ministry.

The third and final presentation on the topic will be at 6 p.m. tonight at the church, 7664 Wilmot Road.

The event is free.

Ferrier, a Lake Villa resident, will lead discussion about how Christians and non-Christians should interpret recent events and address prophesies that he believes correlate to Israel, Iran and Russia.

Last week I wrote in the print edition of the paper that he said: “It could be in the very near future, maybe even this year, where we see the Great Battle take place.”
