Any child, ages 1-7, can be a member of the McHenry County Neighbors Birthday Club.
Photos should be received no later than a month after the child’s birthday.
NOTE: The Northwest Herald attempts to run club items as close to the birthday as possible. Should we receive the item late, we will run it the following Saturday.
