RINGWOOD – The McHenry County Conservation District will host a Lost Valley Venture from 2 to 3:30 p.m. each Saturday in May at Lost Valley Visitor Center in Glacial Park, Route 31 and Harts Road, Ringwood.

RINGWOOD – A former Vernon Hills Police Department dispatcher and now registered sex offender was charged with violating the terms of his sex offender status over the weekend. Police said he was in a public park.
