Diamond is a 1 year old female Shepherd mix she was relinquished to a shelter when her guardian couldn't care for her anymore. When she came to us she was very underweight and it was determined that she needed an operation. She is doing so much better now and has started to put on some weight. She still acts like a puppy so she needs training to learn manners and how to walk better on a leash. When she wants to play she starts bringing you all of her toys so you can throw them for her. As you can see she is a beautiful girl that just needs someone special to help her thrive. For more information you can go to www.helpingpaws.net or call us at 815-338-4400.
If you want to meet her, come to Helping Paws Animal Shelter located at 2500 Harding Lane, Woodstock, Ill.
