Storms knock out power to more than 3,000

CRYSTAL LAKE – Storms knocked out power to more than 3,600 people in Crystal Lake and other towns throughout the area.

Most McHenry County towns had some power outages in the wake of the storms, which passed over much of northern Illinois Saturday afternoon.
