Responsible growth, focused on businesses and development that enhances our community, protects our natural resources and family-friendly community.
Building partnerships with neighboring communities and increasing collaboration with local governments. Together we can achieve more and reduce costs.

Lake in the Hills currently has video gaming in the village. It is an adult form of entertainment and we should continue to limit it to appropriate locations and avoid over saturation of the market.
4. What makes you stand out compared to the other candidates?
The balance of professional experience and community service I have. My 26 years of professional experience in the consumer products industry gives me a strong hands-on approach to problem solving, project management skills and expertise managing budgets and resources. Leading product innovation teams has expanded my ability to think creatively and seek novel solutions to challenges. My experiences volunteering with Community Paint-a-thon/A Brush with Kindness and working with diverse groups of seniors and veterans has strengthened my listening skills, empathy and enhanced my ability to work respectfully with people to resolve issues and accomplish common goals. I believe respectful discussion and working to build trust will lead to the strong relationships that will produce positive actions and results for our village.
5. What else should voters know about you?
My family and I have made our home in Lake in the Hills for over 23 years. We’ve enjoyed the natural beauty and quality of life Lake in the Hills has to offer. I want to see the village continue to be a great place to live for the next generation of young families.
