State Sen. Craig Wilcox, R-McHenry, will be holding a "Conversations Untapped" event to meet with residents.

The event will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday at Buddyz Pizzeria, 1138 N. Green St., McHenry.

The informal forum will allow residents to talk about important issues, ask questions and receive updates from the senator on legislation.

The event is open to the public.
