To the Editor:
Nancy Pelosi was quick to condemn President Trump for what she asserted were racist remarks about four new congresswomen. She claimed that Congress had to condemn him because not to do so would be a “shameful abdication of our oath to protect the American people.”
Where was the condemnation of the anti-Semitic and anti-American comments made by these four women? Where was the condemnation of the Antifa mob that attacked a journalist in Oregon for the sin of being a conservative? Incidentally, he is part of a minority. I thought the liberals were on the side of minorities.
Apparently, that means only minorities who agree with them. Where was her condemnation of mobs who chased conservatives out of restaurants? Where was the condemnation of the Antifa member who bombed the ICE office in Tacoma after hearing U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez compare the border to concentration camps?
I wonder how many people OAC has seen being beaten or thrown into furnaces at those camps. Where was her condemnation of all the celebrities who have used the most despicable, vile language when referring to the president? I guess the only people who deserve to be protected are those who believe the ideology of the progressive left. The only word the left knows is “racist”. Everyone who disagrees with them is called a racist because they have no cogent argument to support their outrageous views.
